一、什么是透水磚？

透水磚聽到它的名字我們就不難理解，能夠從字面意思上去理解它是一種具有著較好的透水性能的一種磚體的材料。因其透水性能強，常被用于城市道路的建筑中，不過也有的朋友們會把它拿來用于進行庭院的裝修中。透水磚吸水的主要原理就是將水分吸收到磚體中之后，再向地下排出，這樣就防止了水分積壓在路面的問題。所以質(zhì)量十分優(yōu)良的透水磚能夠抵擋住防洪的作用。透水磚其實是從國外傳入的，起源于荷蘭，荷蘭人在圍海造城的過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)了在排開海水以后地面會因為長期接觸不到水分而持續(xù)不斷的下沉，而一旦海岸上的堤若被沖開，海水就會迅速的沖到比水平面低很多的城市中，甚會淹沒整個城市，所以為了使地面不再下沉，荷蘭人就制造出了荷蘭磚也就是所謂的透水磚。

Therefore, in order to prevent the ground from sinking, the Dutch created Dutch bricks, also known as permeable bricks.

二、透水磚的優(yōu)缺點有哪些？

優(yōu)點：

Advantages:

1、透水磚的通氣性能非常強，在下雨的時候會使雨水迅速的滲入到地下，這樣地面就不會產(chǎn)生積水，不會對人們的生活產(chǎn)生影響。

1. The ventilation performance of permeable bricks is very strong. When it rains, rainwater will quickly seep into the ground, so that the ground will not accumulate water and will not affect people's lives.

2、在暴雨這一惡劣的天氣里對于城市的排水系統(tǒng)的壓力起到了緩解的作用，可以很好的防止公共地區(qū)的路面出現(xiàn)污水的問題。

3、透水磚內(nèi)部是中空的，可以吸收到來往車輛的噪音、吸水和熱量，能夠緩解熱島效應，在沿海城市效果極為顯著。

缺點：

Disadvantages:

1、因為透水磚一般都是鋪設在室外，所以在部分地區(qū)長時間的風吹雨大、車輛的碾壓就會很容易出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量上的問題。

1. Because permeable bricks are usually laid outdoors, they are prone to quality issues in some areas due to prolonged exposure to strong winds and rain, as well as vehicle traffic.

2、透水磚的內(nèi)部縫隙很多，在抗壓、抗彎強度低以及耐磨的強度上會比較低。所以會存在容易折裂的問題。

2. There are many internal gaps in permeable bricks, which result in low compressive, flexural, and wear-resistant strength. So there may be a problem of easy breakage.

3、透水磚十分容易損壞，而在損壞以后則需要相關(guān)部門重新的進行修理和維護，從而導致了相關(guān)部門的工作壓力增大。
